1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the Site Systeme website and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our Services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients.
2. Description of Services
Site Systeme provides digital marketing services for contractors and home service businesses, including but not limited to: website design and hosting, AI chatbot integration, missed call text-back systems, and Google review automation. All services are delivered on a month-to-month subscription basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Subscription & Billing
- Services are billed monthly at the current advertised rate ($297/month or as agreed).
- Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle.
- Failed payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
- We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days' written notice.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice to hello@sitesysteme.live. Upon cancellation, access to all Site Systeme systems, including your hosted website, chatbot, and automation systems, will be terminated at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete business information during onboarding.
- Respond to requests for content, approvals, or feedback in a timely manner.
- Use our services only for lawful purposes.
- Not resell, sublicense, or transfer access to our services without written consent.
6. Intellectual Property
All website designs, chatbot configurations, and automation systems created by Site Systeme remain the property of Site Systeme during the active subscription. Upon cancellation, you lose the right to use these systems. Any content you provide (logos, photos, text) remains your property. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio.
7. Results Disclaimer
While we are confident in our systems and have a strong track record of delivering results for contractors, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as number of leads, calls, or revenue. Results vary based on factors including market competition, ad spend, and your responsiveness to leads. Our systems are tools — results depend on both our work and yours.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Site Systeme shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
9. Third-Party Services
Our platform integrates with third-party tools (including Google, Facebook, and messaging platforms). We are not responsible for interruptions, changes, or discontinuation of these third-party services. Changes to third-party APIs may require adjustments to your systems, which we will perform as part of your subscription.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify active clients of material changes via email. Your continued use of our services after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
